All items sold by Media Central carry a full manufacturer′s warranty. In nearly all cases this is 12 months.

Returns
Contact us prior to returning any product.
Goods will not be accepted withour prior authorisation. All returns must also be accompanied with a Returns Authorisation number.
Media Central will not be responsible for loss or damage to products occurring in transit on return to us.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange any product that is faulty on arrival, doesn′t perform as we advertised
or doesn′t match the description shown at the time it is purchased.
We usually won′t be able to offer you a refund or exchange if the product is not faulty or in a condition where
it can be re-sold as new. Please refer to the Returns section for details on returning products to us.
